Anyone know what wing and area the pediatric dentist at UK is?
Tara W. replied:
No, I wouldn't park there at least. It's way easier to park at the other. If you are coming down alumni, at the 4 way stop before Nich road, turn right(really you don't turn its a little veer) go straight, keep going straight through the light, youll s ee signs pointing straight and it'll say UK clinic to help you. You'll take the very last left you can take before the library. You'll go over speed bumps, and go straight through the first light and you'll come to a 4 way stop, and right there you'll take a left into the parking garage. Sounds difficult, but it's really easy!!

I grew up in Salvisa, about 8 miles from Harrodsburg, but came to Lexington a lot. Does anyone remember Dr. Wagers and Dr. Greer, orthodontists? Also there was a...
Lori M. replied:
Lisa... Absolutely..Both were my Orthodontist.. Forget the Pediatric Dentist name. He took my wisdom teeth out .so good looking I didn't want him to think it hurt..Dr. Greer's son is still in practice. When I moved it was Greer and Greer. They moved down to Continental Towers.
Marthanne H. replied:
I think the pediodontist was Dr. Doyle and assistant was something like Tack. Not sure because I never went there. My Dad was a dentist, Dr. James "Jimmie" Rose.
Mary C. replied:
Dr. Greer was the best ever!! I always insisted on seeing him. His son, Dr. Jim was very nice, but I wanted my main man! Dr. Wagers did some of the early work, but we always had Dr. Greer after the initial consult. Loved him!!!
Lori M. replied:
What does the Golden Horseshoe have to do with Dr. Wagers and Dr. Greer..Orthodontist and Dentists
Leslie B. replied:
maybe Dr. Doyle?
Lisa K. replied:
Do you mean Dr. Wagers was gruff? Wasn't he older? I remember Dr. Greer as having dark hair and being very handsome and nice. I remember being glad that the Blue Grass Parkway was open, because before then we'd always go to Lexington via Brooklyn and I'd always get sick going around those curves.
Norman S. replied:
Dr. Wagers was my uncle. He died some time back, but he was a nice guy.
Rebecca P. replied:
Wagers and Greer did my braces when they were on Nicholasville Road, early 70's.
Lori M. replied:
Dr. Wagers was gruff and hurt more. Dr.Greer was more gentle.. I envy the braces if today.. The ones we all wore then were horrible...the before braces..spacers, during.. Some I'd the horrible appliances and the after.. .yuck
Lori M. replied:
Lisa... The Pediatric dentist did my cleaning during braces and the ones I was thinking about were Oral Surgeons. They were all there together
Any good suggestions for a pediatric dentist in Lexington?

Anyone know of a good pediatric dentist in Lexington? It's time for Haleigh's first cleaning!
Cherrylee Q. replied:
The people at Kool Smiles were great with Riley and Khloe. However, depending on the day, the clientele can fall into 'ghetto' category. Riley LOVES Kool Smiles though and they actually do a great job.
