There's a lady named Kelly Yates n Salisbury right across from health department, her shop is called salon and beyond, she great on her prices n I don't trust anyone but her with my hair, although this last time I messed it up cause after she colored it, a few days afterward I went to walmart n had a toner put on it and it turned it from a pretty blond to a real dark blond.. I have her number if u want it? With 2 colors for me, blond on top n dark dark brown on bottom it's 65 so she's real reasonable!
