Palmetto Smiles hands down for kids and adults! My daughter saw Dr. Kathi@Wildsmiles and as I loved her, my son had serious infection issues b/c of the work of Dr. Singh. I like him as a person, but when I called to tell them I was leaving b/c of the SECOND absess tooth that was their fault, the office manager was wonderful but the care coordinator was a b@tch.

I like Distinctive Dentistry off the Peak Exit. Dr. Cunningham and his staff are knowledgeable and very quick (and painless!). My kids and I have been going for a couple of years and love them. We've never waited a long time and most appointments are finished in 15-20 minutes max!

My kids go to Kathi at Wild Smikes and my husband and I go to Rick Creek Family Dentistry in NE but tgey have another practice in Lexington called South Lake Family dentistry. Well worth the drive to NE I think. We have NEVER used the Lexington location because I LOVE Dr S so much!!
