Something else I thought of is doing a rollback on your computer to the day before it was infected. You'll lose anything created since that day, but that's better than everything. Worth a shot.

Tony Signorino, Mike Anderson has two great ideas. I create restore points on my computer all the time. Malwarebytes is an assume program. I use it in all my computers. Plus I have my photos saved in 2-3 different locations. Go buy an external hard drive, this allows you to unplug it when not in use. I save most things to that until I need them. Good luck bro.
