Robin, just catching up on FB this week and scrolled across this. If you are still looking, one of my good friends and old college fraternity brothers specializes in RE law and his office is here downtown. I've actually used him for some stuff professionally and for our HOA so I can speak to his ability outside of just the old friends connection. If you still need someone and want his contact info just let me know, his name is Shaun Cranford with Cranford Law. I also saw Bruce Holland recommended above. I know him well too and used to play in a men's golf association with him regularly. Excellent guy as well.
