The hospitals are all in Waukegan pretty much and they suck. I always went to either Lake Forest or Condell in Libertyville. Tacos el Norte in Gurnee on Milwaukee across the street from great America isn't bad. Lots of fun restaurants in Roswell- Pure, Salt Factory, Fickle Pickle is fun for kids. JCT Kitchen ( nice) and Taqueria del Sol (super casual) off of Howell Mill. Oh and don't forget Taco Mac- ha! I could come up with more if you need.
