Marc from Lincoln Hills Construction does the repairs. We work with service kings in case there are reports of leakage to ensure no mold is present, as you do not want to open a wall and find mold or cover up mold. Dean Ichikawa, call marc 300-3226. We are in 12 b, too

Will Service Kings repair some tiny cracks too? Pulte said they would send someone out in March to test and potentially re-stucco, so not looking for any major work, just some patchwork to get us through the winter (if necessary). Thanks for the post, this question has been bugging me too!
