Angela - I use Nic at GBS (Golden Business Solutions) - he's AMAZING. He's also a Financial Planner and does a tremendous job. I have used him for 10 years and he's now handling all my IPO related stuff too. I can PM you the information if you'd like. He can handle easy filings and increasingly difficult ones.
