Yes to everything. Yes you could claim for summer hols (don't forget if you had a dissertation to do you might need that time) except for your last year when there's a cut of date. And yes you can ring student finance to post out a form or you could download it yourself here http://www.sfengland.slc.co.uk/media/682910/sfe_ccg1_1415_d.pdf And I defo advise asking anyone other than student finance for help

Just go on CSA calculator enter all the details it will show what dad should be paying and then just pay that, if she questions it just send her the info, if she still goes on then just contact them and set it up for them to take it from dad and pay to mum and that's the end of it https://www.gov.uk/calculate-your-child-maintenance
