Hi Steph Tully I get mine from here http://www.hanginglanterns.co.uk/hanging-lanterns/tissue-pom-poms they come flat and you just fluff them out, ebay is also great for them, you can get them in so many colours and sizes.

The best florist is Heather at Living Colour she is outstanding and will work to any appropriate budget. I can't recommend her highly enough she has done 4 weddings for me x

The sign says that the wildflower display was set up by Aylesbury Town Council. But you can just get the seeds yourself and they will produce a display like that every year. http://www.wildflower.org.uk
