I highly recommend Nikki Ewing Snider. Nikki is dependable, hard working, and needs no direction beyond the initial "these are my priorities." She's sweet and friendly but doesn't kill you with chatter. She's honest to the point that I can and always do go on my way and leave her with it, including leaving her check on the dresser for when she's finished. Nikki is the best.....and very reasonably priced as well.
