I was looking online for gyms in Lockhart and came across one called "Power Zone" on walnut street over by Black's BBQ but I can't seem to find any other information...

I looked into Go Green too but (and I know this sounds cold) but I want a place to put my kids where they'll be out my sight and therefore out of my way lol. I've tried to include them into my workouts at home and I just end up stepping on them or kicking one of them in the face or something. I need them to be AWAY from me while I get my workout on.

Go Green Fitness has a separate room where the kids can hang out. Also Bastrop has a YMCA, they don't officially have a large beautiful building but they do offer classes with childcare around town and your memebership includes access to the Bastrop State Park Pool which is a wonderful pool. Also their price is lower because of the incovinence of having to go to different places to workout. We went the past 2 years at least 2-3 days a week. I got my workouts in then took the kids to the pool. We all came home happy.
