We have AT&T service as well and everyday we lose signal several times a day since March. We've had technicians out here several times and have contacted AT&T as well. Nothing has been solved. My wife will be calling them again tonight because there wa s supposed to be a technician show up and he never did. But we get a call from AT&T asking if our problem was solved and that the technician had turned in his paperwork saying what work he had done.

I have AT&T Uverse for internet an in the three years I've had it my rates only went up once, and that was when my intro period ended, and it wasn't much. Can't stand TWC or Directv because they are always raising rates and have terrible customer service. But honestly, everyone has their preferences, so it's best to shop around and see who has the rates and services best suited to your needs.
