We use Lone Star Dental in Kyle. They have private rooms and are special needs trained. My son is autistic and he was 12 before we took him to the dentist because of the stress and sensory issues. It took an hour with to of his adult support system there. They took their time and worked at his pace. Just let them know up front that you need a private room and someone who is patient. They have a great lady that they call to be there.

I know it's already been mentioned but Alligator Dental San Marcos is wonderful! My son has extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist and sensory issues and they are so patient and understanding.
