We've had good results with The Appliance Doctor and have had the same technician each time when we asked for her (Denise), but she has recently injured her back and is working in the office right now. I would think that the other techs would be good too, but can only vouch for Denise~ who was EXCELLENT....knowledgeable, honest, and very strong! 770-952-4340
