This very recent Supreme Court of BC gives you the avenue to not only sue the people that are dis-operating WCB or WSBC or what ever injured worker system in Canada. And not only sue them but actually hold them criminally responsible for their actions. This is just the short page about the 89 page SCBC decision http://www.dominiontaxlaw.com/cra-owes-a-duty-of-care-to-taxpayers/

[Law Society of Upper Canada](https://www.lsuc.on.ca/lsrs/) is a good place to start. Check out the FAQ for their referral service. [Human rights legal support centre](http://www.hrlsc.on.ca/en/home) is a good place for info as well. I know somebody who experienced something similar and because of the discrimination experienced it went through the human rights tribunal. Didn't cost her anything and was important because the employer did not get away with it. Get your wife to document as much as possible regarding the situation, and put dates to the information everywhere possible. The law society will let you know if you have a case, and what you can do. They provide a 30 minute free consultation to direct you.

Any lawyers in this group that can help me with a mortgage closing fast and affordable?
Sherry S. replied:
Melanie Legalshield can save you lots! One person I know of saves $700 and they are fast. Did you find someone? If not ask Sherry Carver to get you signed up and she will help you.
Chris E. replied:
Call Don Fulton - ers, you don't necessarily want to go cheap. Remember you are paying for the expertise. Don actually takes the time to go over the mortgage documents with the client - and points out all the nasty little surprises banks like to hide in the small print.
