Brian Byrne was my landlord for two years, though I know he is also quite active in real estate. I can’t imagine a more honest, diligent, accommodating person to buy a house from.

I'd personally avoid the guys at Sutton. I've been forced to deal with one of the people there because of where I live now and he is extremely shady to the point where I'm not sure the way he conducts himself and his business deals is legal - and if it is, it definitely should not be.

I've upvoted everyone since we have a someone downvoting ALL the recommendations.....
gogomom replied:
Hey OP - after the downvote brigade - I wouldn't use ANY of the real estate agents listed here if I was looking for someone - not even my recommendation (even though I'm pretty sure it's not my recommendation doing the downvoting). Every single one is suspect now.

Danielle O'Dea is who I had used to buy my last house. She went way out of her way to get use the house we wanted. There was a personal conflict between my wife and I and the owner of the house(family issues) and she was willing to put the offer on the house in her name and have an amendment put in last minute with our names

Diana Taylor - Royal LePage. She's amazing, seriously. Has your interests at heart in both the buying and selling portion of your relationship. She really knows the market and is a stone-cold negotiator on your behalf. She protected us like we were her own family during a really personally challenging time during the sale process and set us up for an extremely successful sale of our house. 10/10 would recommend. *edit - correction on the agency, breastfeeding brain strikes again.

Neda Beaulac with Peak Professionals. She was great to deal with. I’ve only sold a house once and she marketed the house well. Lots of guidance pre-listing about what would sell the house quick and it was only on the market 72 hours even when the market was slowing down last year. Very professional. Also assisted me after we sold the house in locating a condo to rent (it was very last minute on my part). Just a great person.

My SO and I looked at a bunch of reviews and cold-called Scott Gunn because we could't find one negative review. He just helped us buy our first home and I can't recommend him enough. Very down to Earth, very honest, wonderful personality, and really knowledgeable about the market. He wasn't out for a quick sale, and in fact, actually talked us out of a couple of houses (thankfully). I would wholeheartedly give him a great recommendation. If you have any more questions about him or the process in general, let me know!

Justin Konikow - Grogan Konikow real estate firm. Starts out with a big brokerage and provided so many happy clients with great experiences that he was able to start his own brokerage with his own principles within his first few years.
You can get a great sense of him as a human being by checking out his Instagram account - I believe it’s theclosersteam
We took 18 months and over 40 showings to find our dream home and he was happily with us every step of the way. When we found it he got it for us for 17k under asking after 3 days on the market.
He then got 40 people through our house in the first week and masterminded a quick and painless sale despite asbestos in our ceiling and plumbing that was the subject of a class action lawsuit.
Above all else he is a solid family man who is a huge supporter of his community.

lmao. This thread is just everyone listing their buddies. I actually recognize a couple if these names as I knew them at some point in the past and they are noobie agents who just started not too long ago. Anyways, if you’re selling, you don’t need need an agent in this market.
