Go to your local boots hearing care and get some impressions made. That's the start. I have 2 sets of IEMs. The best decision I have ever made. They protect my ears and I hear everything through them. They are expensive but we'll worth the outlay. They will last a lifetime if you look after them. Have a look at@customiems on Facebook and online...http://www.custom-inearmonitors.co.uk/ they sell a whole range in a number of price brackets. It is best to have them professionally custom made/moulded to fit your ears and they will fit perfectly. Hope you get what you're looking for. And one more thing...get a pair. You should always use both at the same time, never one ear. Good luck!
