I'm not from the area, but if you search for 'Waxoil' services locally, you should find what you need. There are a number of these all around the country. They specialise in underbody corrosion proofing (Waxoil), but they will have the facilities to do what you need, ie: Ramps and Pressure Washing, as they always completely clean the underbody before treating.
