We recently used [Youth Opportunities Unlimited](https://www.you.ca/). The cost was reasonable, and came with a side of social responsibility. It was sandwiches and salads; and they provided both vegetarian and gluten free options that were enjoyed by our team.

Unique Food Attitudes and Kosmos both do catering and I think they'll accommodate requests/dietary issues.

Belmont Town Restaurant and Catering are good. Not sure about prices but might be worth checking out.

my wife had Burrito Boyz cater a work lunch once and she said it was amazing. I've only ever had their food once and it was pretty good.

My work gets a lot of stuff from Nooners, it's usually pretty good. Sandwiches and stuff. One work function was catered by Cosmos. That was pretty good too!

Willies is awesome. Also check out International bakery, their prices are really low and the food is great.

seriously just do Subway, or Swiss Chaelet if you want heavier, but since its lunch I would just do subway, If you can contact the the one in the Citi plaza we used them specifically a few times, they are amazing. provided all the sauces in bottles, supplied stacks of napkins and plates. they went above and beyond and even tossed in a few cookie trays i never ordered.

I think Kosmos does catering. I’ve liked their items and it’s a varied lunch menu they offer. https://yelp.to/qTKq/koUB5 bemsP

Kosmo’s or Qdoba would please me very much as a guest. So if you choose either of those, please invite me

Qudoba! They have options for everyone and who doesn’t like tacos?!

I’ve had Dooly’s Shwarma cater events before. It’s also a big hit.

Steel Grill or Barakat (not Paramount - they are getting stupid expensive now and their servings are smaller than they used to be)
