several restaurants cater. Pig and Fig, Bob's BBQ. El Parasol. Or do you have food?? The labor alone might come from one of the bars- Like the Elks... You can call the county, they have food & alcohol service licenses on file. Fuller Lodge has info also, I think. Bartenders must be from an actual bar legally.
