Second for Ross at https://www.facebook.com/160088094368315 Los Alamos Shell on Trinity - recently bought four tires online and he charged about $56 (including tax) to mount and balance - you have to take the old ones over to the EcoStation yourself, but for County residents there is no disposal fee.
