There's also a Farmer's Market in WF on Saturday mornings, in the parking lot next to CVS. Barretts Produce Youngsville is a great source for NC grown produce. And The Grain Mill is a gem!

Red Bowl Bistro on Capital has a GF menu, Serena's in N. Raleigh also has GF, and I think DF.

Bella Monica is excellent! As far as GF, it really depends on whether you are concerned with cross-contamination with gluten foods. Have to specifically ask that question.
Karen H. replied:
Zpizza, Milton's and mellow mushroom have gluten free pizza crusts. Bella Monica in Raleigh has an entire gluten free menu that is phenomenal. Village grill in Lafayette village offers gf options. PF Changs at Crabtree valley mall has excellent gf Chin ese food. A trip to the farmers market though a long drive would get you some excellent locally grown veggies and fruits. Burger Fi next to trader joes in Raleigh has great grass fed burgers that they wrap in lettuce.
i need to find a nice restaurant because I am celebrating my 60th birthday next week. No, I don't want to go to BoJangles or McDonalds. Thank you.

The Melting Pot in Raleigh is a great place to celebrate. It takes about 2-3 hours to do a meal and will set to the 2 of you back around $100 depending on what you select and if you have wine or not. The meal is the whole date. My hubby loves it.

Had a great lunch from Mi Fiesta, a new authentic takeout only Mexican restaurant near Sisters and the only stoplight in Bunn.
