Try Painting the Town for the drywall repair-- I had them do a bunch of water damage repair about a year ago and they did a really nice job.

I had a water heater leak last year. I ended up going through my insurance for the repairs. It covered everything except the actual water heater (end-of-life issue). I used [Advanced Steamway](http://advancedsteamway.com/). They came out and assessed the damage, did the immediate drying/cleanup needed, and provided an overview of the recommendations for repair. Again, they aren't the ones who will replace the flooring, walls/floors, etc., but got the house tee'd up for those people (and provided recommendations). I highly recommend the company. I encourage you to act quickly with professional drying/cleaning to prevent mold, etc.
