Assuming Medicare eligible, JenCare clinics for geriatric care (locations: w broadway, beuchel, Dixie hwy), and MD2U does in-home nursing care if medical services needed. For non-medical in-home services, I have no specific recommendations unfortunately, but I'm sure the physicians at JenCare have partners they recommend.
