Sometimes Big Lots will have stuff. And Horner Novelty's Breckinridge location is all party stuff. They aren't that expensive on some things. Also places like Party City, etc. And Deals, just south of Dixie on Preston, has a lot of plates, cups, fork, etc in party packs. Call and ask, so you won't waste gas. Good Luck!
