Your insurance agent can also recommend roofers, etc. What kind of construction? Framing/bsement finishing: I use Carlyle Carpentry carlylecarpentry9.com 663-0165 He frames and finishes. His contacts, which he will deal with include plumbers, windows, dry wall, electrician, etc. He also does Radon mitigation and sealing homes for energy efficiency around windows, etc. I like his work!

Don't go with the guy your insurance agent recommends, they just have their hands in each others' pockets. I worked for Premier Roofing for a short bit and they have all of the licenses and bonds and all of the good business. They also use good GAF shingles and had good crews down in Colorado Springs. I can't recommend anybody else that has a branch up here in the Fort Collins/Loveland area.
