You have to have the transfer switch. GE is the only company who has a transfer switch that mounts straight to the meter socket. Indiana just got approved its the best thing ever and cuts way down on install time. Call 708-754-4768 and talk to cal. I will make sure you get great deal

I used a plumber whom i was very happy with...and recommended to a cowrker in an emergency situation..who was also very happy with and used for more work...im not positive about company name...as i have him saved in my phone under plumber..chris was first name...i think it is smith mechanical ...219 508 7980...he is also a hvac guy...so i thought if you used him for both you may get a better price:)
