Where is the lot you're interested in? I think heritage falls lets you bring in your own builder and so does misty Glen. Spring run is strictly Phillippe. We're building on the west side of town and I'd recommend Artisan Construction. He does a great job and you definitely get what you pay for. High quality throughout and I couldn't be happier.
