hey I just want to warn you that you are not required to clean carpet when you moved out as it's a Breach of Residential Tenancies Act that most of landlords try to bully tenants, but you can still want to pay if you want to be nice, but don't be so stressed about it. Our Property Company tried to make us clean before, we had to clear the house, move furnitures to the area that's uncarpeted, wait for it dried and bla bla...
