Does anyone recommend a certain car dealership in Lubbock?
Aaron G. replied:
Scoggen Dickie
Danny B. replied:
Anderson Mercedes
Brandon A. replied:
I'd ask new or used...but Dave Ramsey has me thinking you're looking for used ...depending on how much you are willing to do the research, I've had great luck buying from private sellers on eBay motors/cars.com/CL but I tend to lean toward over about $8 k I'd want a dealership personally.
I need a name a really good car dealer. It's time to buy I hate dealing with people that are not honest and dependable
Carley P. replied:
I've never bought here, but I did work at Gene Messer for a couple years. My best advice is find a salesman that you know, or has been referred to you. Walking on the lot and dealing with someone that has no accountability to you is a slippery slope. Otherwise, do your homework and know what everything's worth! They'll let you pay as much as much as you're willing!
Brandi M. replied:
Go to levelland and buy through Jason wood at John Roley. That who we buy our company and personal vehicles at. Got a really good deal on my new yukon.
Scott S. replied:
Boycott Gene Messer because of that stupid commercial. Anyway, Scoggin Dickey is good.
Kadee H. replied:
I like Johnnie Palmer at Gene Messer Chevy.
Kadee H. replied:
Also David Abbott at McGavock
Jessica R. replied:
Frank Brown is horrible!! Sales department is not helpful and the service department was poorly run and rude! They are the reason I didn't get another Honda. Go to Nissan McGavock!! They were honest, quick, and beyond helpful! Love my Nissan!!!
Melissa D. replied:

I have a friend selling his home and 15 acres in a beautiful part of the Boston Mtn. Todd Whetstine is his name.
Charles L. replied:
are you moving back here to NWA? Margie Moldenhauer is a great realtor.
Mindi G. replied:
Ron Wilkins. I love him and he's been working with me for almost ten years now. He does an awesome job managing my rental, and when it's time to sell that bad boy, he will definitely be the guy.
Does anyone know of a used car dealer/seller that doesn't jack up the prices and are trustworthy?
Stacy R. replied:
Call Lance Harris at Lubbock Car Place. He's a small one man dealer who specializes in finding what u want n the price range u r looking
Corey D. replied:
First, I'd like to say that nobody bad mouths the furniture salesman or the waiter or the cashier at the grocery store. Those guys work hard just like the rest of us. Second, they are a for profit companies with smaller profit margins than most any other retail business. Third, go talk to John Green at SD. Don't talk to Harold Clampitt at all. Lol
Matthew G. replied:
Hayes Motor Company is great! And we work on their cars before they are sold so Nick can tell you if its a good choice or not! Plus you can come by the shop to say hey!
