Does anyone have recommendation for LASIK in Dallas / FW or Lubbock and pricing?

Dr. Booth did my brother-in-law's and he was very happy. Dr. Carter did my husband's several years ago and he loves not messing with contacts and glasses. Both of them are in Dallas. I have no idea what Dr. Booth charged, but I think my husband paid around $2000-2500. The only negative is the amount of patients Dr. Carter sees. I was in the waiting room, and it was like they were herding cattle.

Chad Bostwick my wife works at http://www.stoneoakeyes.com/kristin-story-held-md/ . Dr. Held charges $4400 for both eyes, including "tweaking" and a 1-year follow-up. Half of the Nashville people you listen to on the radio are her patients. Lots of other people that my wife won't even tell me about go to Dr. Held also.

I used Coleman Vision in Alb. Well worth the drive!!! He is one of the top rated in the nation! He puts you up in a hotel for the night and treats you like royalty! Price was competitive.

I went to Dr. Booth in Dallas about 10 years ago and have been very happy. I drove myself to the follow up appointment the next day with no corrective lenses. I had really bad eyesight (couldn't see my hand unless touching my face) and I think I paid about $5000 - $6000. I'm sure the price is much less now. Dr. Booth had the same negative issue with the busyness and it did feel a bit like cattle. After surgery, if you don't have an early morning appointment on check up days, you wait forever, like hours.

Md Mann (Austin)...pd $4000, but totally worth it. Greg (hubby) had done there too, neither of us had any complications. Good luck!!
Can someone recommend a good LASIK doctor in lubbock? Or should i go to Dallas?
Katherine P. replied:
http://www.rushlasik.com Well the Rush's are here in Amarillo and always highly recommended... check them out. I've never had the surgery done but would still highly recommend them.
My husband will have eye surgery next month. Anyone needing a good eye surgeon . Dr Timothy Kahter is the best. He fixed my astigmatism and I don't need glasses anymore.

No he made an small incision and put lenses in my eyes. Very expensive. Care Credit is good to have to help with the expense.
