There is a place called Lt Haywards at Royden, nr Brockenhurst. I stayed there once, room for two ponies and nice little contained cottage to stay in. Wasn't expensive.

I'm not a forest resident but frequent visitor to The Red Shoot at Linwood for food. They have a caravan/camping field adjacent to pub and I've a funny feeling there is a stable yard 200 yrds down there road just off the forest road by them. Also if you pass them on forest road a mile or two on the moors there s also a camping area - don't know what it is called on left coming from fordingbridge there is another camping place but cant recall name. Maybe somebody else may be able to help:D

If nobody wants hook up I know of a site in Winterborne Kingston (near Bere Regis) compost loos etc' no real facilities as such but at this time of year there won't be anybody else there. Therefore no problems with generators if you wish. Farm shop on site too. Firepit no problem and plenty of on site burnables. We use it for the annual McNally family camp out....... Just putting it out there. Northridge Farm is the name if I remember rightly. David McNally might be able to confirm the name.
