The time of year you are coming,it will be tough getting something on the sand..may need to stay across the street or on the intercoastal..Barefoot is good...Inquire at Best Beach Rentals on Madeira or Florida lifestyles on Indians shores..both have great catalogues

Coral Shores Resort on N. Redington Beach. It's a timeshare condo, but they will rent units if there are any available in the week you desire to be there. Rates are incredibly affordable for the same amenities you get for much higher costs elsewhere. The Islander Resort next door is also very nice, but I'm not sure if they do non-owner rentals.
