My friend has a decent sized house in Middleton (4 br 4 bath) and pays $90 once a week for Mother Earth Cleaners to come out and do a pretty thorough cleaning, scrubbing under kitchen burners and deep cleaning in bathrooms etc. I know she communicates regularly with the owner as to what she wants cleaned, so maybe you could create a custom plan and focus on the few things you want. Depends if you want service weekly, biweekly, or something else. We found 3 weeks to be the best duration for us.
