We dumped Craptasic 2 months ago after 20+ years as a customer over a billing issue which they refused to correct it even though they admitted a mistake on their end. Had their top tier package and for Internet pulled 65+ MBS Found out TDS had Fiber on our street for about 8 years. Gave them a shot. Actually saving about $100 per month and now on the 100 MBS Internet and so far it's been GREAT ! Installer was Great ! Only word of advise is be very specific with the sales rep that comes to your home. Ours made many mistakes on their work order and it caused a chain of phones calls and a local supervisor to have visit. TDS corp made things right and everything is great. Read the work order and ask questions before you sign it. To date I'd give them 4 out of 5 stars. We have their Fiber phone, 100 Mbs Internet and TV services!

we are getting ready to change from comcast to TDS. They had a special for $147 include phone, internet, and tv. I've heard of several in the area who have changed and glad they did. We will be saving about $50 a month by changing over. Call Casey at 213-1154.

TDS Fiber is the way to go if it's available in your area! I have 50Mbps down, 25Mbps up... it's very consistent and reliable. I believe some areas have the option of up to 300Mbps.

Elizabeth, instead of cable, we subscribe to Hulu Plus, Netflix, Amazon Prime video... That all comes to about $19/month maybe... then we have apple tv's or other devices on each TV that can stream those services... plus 5 kids with iPods, Macbooks, iP ads, PS4, Wii, etc. All connected to the internet. I also do a lot of video editing and uploading/downloading of very large files for church... Uploading a 1Gb file in 3-5 minutes is nice (I get that now with my 25Mbps up speeds on avg)... Uploading it in 30 seconds would be even nicer (100 or 300 option). Maybe TDS will roll out Gagabit internet soon... Austin, Kansas City and Provo UT have it now from Google Fiber... $70/mo for 1,000 mbps!!!:) Casey, when will we get that option?:D For $70/mo too?!?! Sign me up now! haha

I have unlimited everything. I have not had one issue with CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL ARE unbelievably pleasant and accommodating. I always had US Cellular until last September. They stoled at least $1000 out of my pocket because of all mess up with their billing. Since being with sprint I could just kiss everyone on the cheek that I speak with. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT customer service and I don't have a problem with reception. But I don't travel a lot so I dont know about any issues traveling.
