Do you want to do hot yoga, or non-heated yoga? If you want to do hot, I highly recommend Inner Fire Yoga on Old University...I believe they have a special deal for new students right now (30 days of unlimited yoga for 30 dollars)!

My kiddo wants to find a family yoga class (or mommy/me). The YMCA doesn't offer it anymore. Any recommendations? She's 6 years old.

Does anyone know if there is an affordable tai chi club or organization close to the neighborhood. Is there a good affordable yoga studio close to the neighborhood?
Can anyone suggest which yoga instructors would be best for me. I am beginner level and am recovering from a back injury.

I know Aubree Saia has dealt with back injury and continues to practice and teach. I am sure she will have appropriate modifications as well as suggestions for ongoing practice if you are able to talk with her after class.
