do you know your breast width? you can only go a few millmeters outside that in implant size otherwise you risk the uni boob which cannot be fixed properly, extra high profile will give the smallest base with the most cc's. I used Dr Tiong in Sydney for mine & very happy with results but I did pay $12000 & took the daughter over to Thailand thru PIAC & the implants & Holiday cost around $5000 send them an email
