My suggestion would be to find individual contractors to do the work. Otherwise you'll find a General Contractor and he's going to up charge to manage sub contractors on this variety of work. If you just want a GC and you're in Orlando area (versus outskirts like Kissimmee/Sanford) I can give you my guy. I also have recommendations on Electrical & AC.
