Jean Jannopoulo, 941.374.2137. Loved her. We went through Iberia Bank, Michelle. Because it was FHA (you qualify if you haven't owned a home in 3 years or more) & in Florida if you get this FHA loan ask about the Florida Bond. Incredible benefit w/that loan. The Florida Bond is for Florida residents so establish residency before looking. The Florida Bond pays for up to $10K of your closing costs!! Incredible benefit. When you participate in the Florida Bond you don't have to pay it back UNLESS you sell your home in less than 3 years.
