Call 411 and get the # for child find. That is how I originally got started when I wad running into road blocks with my son's pediatrician. All they wanted to do was medicate him instead of testing first. Once I got involved with child find everything started moving quickly. He got his evacuations, testing and at the time Dr. Wenk was amazing and got us the diagnosis we needed to get all the therapy he needed.

Contact Early Steps in Daytona. They specialize in early intervention and testing. They have all sorts of therapy and it is done in home

Start with Early Steps, I believe they are now with Easter Seals. Call the Easter Seals office in Daytona Beach they will refer you to any help you might need. I've visited different Speech therapists and so far I've stayed with Easter Seals Deland. Al so, when you contact Easter Seals Daytona they have an Autism Center to help you too. I would suggest start w/Early Steps, they helped us through out all the process, and once you have a diagnosis of Autism, check for Speech and Occupational Therapies w/Florida Autism Center and Easter Seals. Good Luck! smile emoticon
