You can access 15 minute free legal advice through the Sunshine Coast community legal service. Practicing Lawyers volunteer at the Maleny community centre every month. You will need to book for am appointment. Take a draft of your forms and they will help you finalise them. It's by donation. Go to the Sunshine Coast community legal services website for the number.

I can't recommend her enough - she calls a spade a shovel. You r first consult is free - take all documentation with you and spend time to compile your file before going. You need to know just what you want. She will tell you what you can do to achieve it. If you are eligible for legal aide the firm will help you with this also.
