I saw a few recommended on the Facebook groups Bangkok Expats a long time ago, but nothing consistent. Try searching there. I'm under the impression though that Asian Culture enjoys a good crack but consider chiropractic medicine quackery so you won't see much of it practiced here. I was having issues myself due to an accident but the best thing for me was to hit the gym and strengthen my back. If you can't find a chiro you might consider this course with the aid of a trainer and a PT after a medical exam.
