Reef Island is awesome! I believe they have 3 and 4 bedroom flats. There are restaurants, a coffee shop, and ice cream parlor on the ground floor. We have two little parks for children and the entire area is stroller friendly. I only wish they had fresh fruits and veggies at the mini market, but at least they have milk and eggs, etc. Also- the indoor pool and gym aren't quite finished. They say it will open in one month but who knows...

It depends on where you want to go. Fitness First (WTC) has all the stuff you need for strength training (including a women's 15 kg bar and Olympic platforms) but it is expensive. I think Crossfit Unlimited in Hidd has an open box so you can do your stuff without submitting to the usual WODs and group sessions.
