Nina Jean at the body gallery in sterling. She's great! Did two amazing tattoos, totally different styles, one on me and one on my husband. Check her out on instagram https://www.instagram.com/ninajean999/ ETA: looking at her instagram, she doesn't show a whole lot of her color work, but I assure you she's great at color pieces, too. The one she did on me is a color foot and ankle piece.
