If you like rustic with a room directly on the water at reasonable rates with plenty of water activities, try The Boulder's Motel & Cottages on Little Squam Lake. I've been going there for 47 years. No phones in the room, many of the rooms have been recently renovated. Every room overlooks the lake. You can do fishing, swimming, free canoes, free kayaks, bon fires, private beach, grills provided, picnic tables provided. It's wonderful. http://www.boulderslakefrontmotel.com/

Perhaps it could be worth contacting Labelle winery or Murphy’s in amherst/bedford to see if they have openings available, but it may be hard to find a place given so many people had to reschedule their weddings/events. Goodluck!

I had my shower at Fratello's in Manchester. They have an outdoor deck (as does the Foundry). Both restaurants are in the downtown area. The DoubleTree by Hilton has function rooms. I had my reception there (when it was a different hotel) and stayed there. They took care of just about everything - I got a package so rooms were discounted to guests. There are several hotels on Perimeter Road near the airport

Not sure what your budget is, but the Executive Court Banquet Facility (in Manchester) might work. It's not far from the airport (just a bit east, and also next to a Best Western) and they do have wedding packages, although I'm not very familiar with them. Not sure what locations are or will be open, but the Foundry has a private hall at their restaurant that’s right for a group of that size. Good food, casual atmosphere. It’s all indoors so not sure it would work for you given 2020. Fratello’s has the same offering basically, but I do t find the food to be as good. Then there’s always options to go to the downtown hotel there and just rent a room and get food. Not the same experience but probably more affordable.
Does anyone know of near by hotels that will allow me to check in around 7am and check out at 6pm? I am an overnight truck driver my shift don't get done until 6-6:30am....

Can anyone recommend a decent hotel in Manchester or outskirts of Manchester?

We stayed at Premier Inn on, I think, Portland Street, near the junction with Oxford Road. Would happily stay there again, even wrote a review on Trip Advisor! Lots of hotels nearby too, think there was an Ibis at least.
I know you are only a one day con, but I will be traveling over two hours to get there. That makes a long day. Have you set up any hotel deals in the area? Thanks
