You'll probably get some good advice with this topic.. Almost half the US is currently on some form of depression & anxiety med. Xanax etc. I'd say screw the meds and just buy a Harley or Indian Motorcycle. When winter comes hit the gym.

Bedford Counseling (which is part of Manchester Mental Health) I have had very successful therapy through them, for PTSD as well BPD, which both come with heavy Depression and anxiety. Great programs there, the DBT and CBT are great little therapies they offer. But again you do have to go through Manchester Mental health as they are part of them - but I found them very helpful from 2012 - 2016, I would consider myself a success after going there.
