I just dropped my 3.5 yr old off at his first day at Immanuel Christian Preschool. Small program but I love the facility and program. I'm pretty sure that they'd have space in the 3 yo class. It's on Huse Road

Childrens Country Learning Center. They are beyond wonderful and nurturing. Their pricing is fantastic in comparison too. Its a cute little red school house and the staff is amazing.

The Northend Montessori school which is near the Currier Art Museum in Manchester. They have 2, 3 and 5 day programs for pre-schoolers.
