Try chiropractic or massage before podiatry, please. Less invasive, less expensive (although insurance doesn't cover our work, but flex plans do). The biggest thing to remember is IT TAKES TIME and some home-work. Quick fixes are generally impossible. At CrossRoads we work closely with Anthony Moldan and the Drs at Advanced Chiro as well as others to try to get the best outcome for our clients. Please try something other than drugs (chemicals you bring into your self-healing body), cortisone injections (check out the effects in your adrenal glands), surgery (GASP!). All of those artificial solutions will still be there waiting if deep massage, myofascial release, Graston technique, and/or structural rehabilitation don't work for you. Go natural first!!!
