Go on Groupon. They have several listed in the $35-$49 range. We used Puget Sound Pro Services and they did a great job. $35 on Groupon now.

We used AAA heating on renton..depends on the size of your house but I think ours was around 400..seemed about right for our size of house

we used Aurora Edmonds a few years ago, but I don't know how clean the ducts got because I never looked inside. It seemed like they did a good job but I can't see inside the ducts so I wouldn't really know.
